In my last post I mentioned the flooding here in my area of Virginia. It seems somewhat minor to what is happening in the Palmetto State of South Carolina. I think the people in Columbia didn’t think it would happen since they live instate and away from the coast.  The palmetto in the pic above was taken on Sullivan’s Island, SC. I just love the perspective and the unique repetition or pattern of the bark. Using the TTV Contraption was easy to maneuver and get the shot I desired for this impressive palmetto!
