My city, “The Star City” is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Atop of one of these smaller mountains is a metal framed structure in the shape of a star. At night, it’s neon glow can be seen from quite a distance. In this image , the “fake TTV” process was used. Check out my e-book to find out how I accomplished this effect.
